My artwork is not "free to use" and may only be used by the owner for non-monetized purposes (icon, header, Imvu display icons, badges, profile pictures, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display or posts on non-monetized social media.

Do not profit from the commissioned piece (uploading to POD services, making prints, etc.) Personal use only!

You may use the character design as your OC (Original Character) with proper credit: “Character Design by Sakuraskyes.”

The rights to the characters represented in the Artwork belong to their respective owners.

You may not reupload the virtual product unless you are the rightful owner of the piece.

To ensure the authenticity and ownership of my artwork, I include two types of identification on each piece.

Required Text: Each piece includes a prominent, decorative nickname or username to identify the owner and ensure authenticity

Optional Watermark: A small, translucent text with the owner's username is added to the top and bottom of the artwork to verify ownership and prevent unauthorized use.

You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.

Full Payment must be made within 24 hours. However, I may agree to hold your piece for up to 72 hours upon request.

Failure to pay will result in the piece becoming available for sale again.

Holds must be requested in the initial claim/bid post.

Refunds are available only if the incorrect payment amount has been sent.

Dual Ownership: This option allows two individuals to co-own a piece, with shared rights and responsibilities. Both owners must split the payment however they wish but two forms of payment are required. Please contact me for more information.

Any chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate cancellation, the piece becoming available, and a single warning. Upon a second chargeback, the buyer will be blacklisted.

Commercial use is x3 the price (producing merchandise: use of art to sell physical or digital goods (prints, stickers, keychains, shirts, etc). or x2 the price (Digital Assets: streaming/content creation use of art on monetized sites (Twitch or Youtube for example).

I retain the rights to the original artwork I produce, and the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media and/or use it for self-promotion. If the artwork is posted, the original design request and the intent of the commissioner will be respected.

The Client may display the Artwork on any platform under the condition that they must credit the Artist.

The Client can use the commissioned work for personal use, but cannot use it to make a profit by producing merchandise or other commercial purposes without the Artist's permission.

WIP's may not be preclaimed.

Two WIPs will be sent during the initial painting stage and the detailing stage.

Major requests can be made during the initial painting phase, moderate changes at the rendering phase, and minor alterations at the finishing phase.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the finalized drawing, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): The completion time for your commission will range from 4-14 weeks, depending on the piece's complexity, size, and my current workload. I will notify you if unforeseen circumstances arise extending the ETA.

Payment plans are available for pieces $150 USD or more.

Installment Options:

_{Weekly: $50 usd/week}

_{Bi-Weekly: $100 usd/every 2 weeks}

_{Monthly: $200 usd/month.}

All invoices will be sent and scheduled upon agreement of the payment plan.

A non-refundable down payment of at least $50 USD must be sent within 25 hours. Failure to do so will forfeit the piece to the next highest bidder.

Failure to complete the payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in two consequences:

_{The piece will become available for purchase again.}

I am not responsible if the commissioner fails to read the terms of service that I provide.

To secure your commission, please submit your form as soon as possible and make the payment within 24 hours of receiving the first WIP.

I will not edit a piece after the final piece is agreed upon and sent.

If you need the commission finished by a tight deadline, you can choose to pay an additional fee of 30% to rush your commission. It will be moved on top of my current queue and delivered within 1-2 weeks depending on the type of commission.

Commissions will be completed in order of the form submitted.

Commissions will be delivered within 3 months of me starting the commission.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable painting the desired content.

I will not paint anything that is not in one of my styles.

The Client is responsible for providing as much detail as they can about the commissioned illustration to avoid miscommunication.

If enough information is not provided, the non-discussed elements are subject to interpretation.

Myself and the Client are responsible for replying to any messages that relate to the Artwork within a reasonably timely manner.

The artwork will not progress and will be delayed or suspended until a reply is received.

Whenever I reopen commission slots I will tag the @Commissions role 24 hrs before I reopen them.

Premade claims are based on a random selection, determined by spinning a wheel unless three people claim within one hour of the post. In such cases, the piece will be converted to an auction.

The auto-buy will be revealed 8 hours into the auction.

Auctions end 48 hours after the first bid is placed.

If a bid is placed within the final 10 minutes, the auction will be extended for another 30 minutes.

Do not use my artwork for 3D models, VRChat, or NFTs or AI art.

I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place.

Tracing, copying, editing, and removing text/watermarks of my artwork is strictly prohibited.

I retain the rights to revoke ownership of all my artwork (premades, commissions, and adoptables) at my discretion.

You must wait 30 days after your purchase from me to resell any of my artwork.
